Similar to artists Jim O'Rourke and Kaki King, Boston-based Animatronique's music is both atmospheric and compelling in nature. 

The debut album "Stasis" is a collection of post-rock instrumentals that run the gamut from peaceful and introspective to distorted and pugncious.  Songs are furnished with haunting samples, ethereal electric guitars, and dynamic percussive elements, while the acoustic guitar is the nucleus of each piece.
